The Work

FAQ
$7 per square foot, all in. That covers prep, crack and chip repair, the epoxy base, full flake broadcast, the polyaspartic topcoat, materials, labor, and cleanup. Most two-car garages land between $2,800 and $4,000.
The difference is entirely in the prep. Those kits get rolled straight onto untouched concrete and lift with the first hot tire. We diamond-grind the slab open so the coating bonds into the concrete.
Both, in the right order. Epoxy is a strong thick-build base but it yellows under UV. Polyaspartic is UV-stable and abrasion resistant but belongs on top. We run epoxy for adhesion and build, sealed with polyaspartic.
Most garages run one to two days depending on the size of the slab and how much repair it needs. We walk you through the timeline before we start.
It needs to be clear to coat it. You can do that yourself, or we will move everything out and put it back for $1 per square foot.
